Service and delivery
I bought these slip-on sandals that I find very comfortable, so much so that I bought another pair. I only wish they were washable. The problem I encountered was that the delivery was very slow. The promised dates came and went and I was convinced my order was lost or stolen. I had to call customer service and notify them. They finally managed to get my package to me. I hope my new order will arrive on time.
